UBICACIÓN
Las cataratas del Iguazú están ubicadas en la región que forman las ciudades de Pto Iguazú Argentina, Foz de Iguazú Brasil. Las cataratas se encuentran preservadas por dos parques nacionales. El parque nacional Iguazú y el parque nacional do Iguazú enBrasil.
Las cataratas se encuentran a 17 km de la ciudad de Pto Iguazú a 1600 km de la ciudad de buenos aires.
El PARQUE
El parque fue creado en 1934 por la ley 12.103 y posee 67.620 hectáreas que fueron declarados patrimonio natural de la humanidad debido a su belleza escénica y gran diversidad biológica.

Ø 80 variedades de mamíferos

CIRCUITOS Y PASEOS
CIRCUITO INFERIOR
Se trata de un recorrido circular de 1700 metros por los que se accede a 8 miradores de gran atractivo: salto San Martin, Bossetti, Alvar Nuñez, Dos Hermanas entre otros. Además de acceder a el contacto pleno con la naturaleza.
Por este mismo circuito también se accede al puerto donde el turista puede realizar un pase en balsa para llegar a la isla San Martin y a realizar la aventura náutica.
CIRCUITO SUPERIOR
Este recorrido se extiende 650 metros por el área superior de los saltos dos Hermanas, Bosetti, Adan y Eva, Mbigua y otros convirtiéndose en un lugar de relax y placer con amplios miradores y zona de descanso.
GARGANTA DEL DIABLO
Esta pasarela de 1130 metros de longitud pasando por sobre el rió Iguazu y sorteando varias islas permite al visitante llegar hasta las majestuosas cascadas de la garganta del diablo: un salto de 150 metros de longitud y 80 metros de altura en forma de herradura conforman un monumental espectáculo.
El TRENCITO
EL parque además cuenta con un trencito ecológico que realiza un circuito ofreciendo un recorrido a través de la selva misionera donde se encuentra una frondosa vegetación y se pueden divisar algunas especies de animales.
El tren parte de la estación central a unos metros del portal de acceso al parque. Tiene su segunda parada en la estación cataratas donde se puede acceder al circuito superior y al inferior. Finalmente llega a destino, estación Garganta del Diablo donde se puede acceder a la pasarela de garganta.
OTRAS ACTIVIDADES
Dentro del parque también se puede realizar paseos en lancha, rafting, exposición de obras de aborígenes, safaris entre otros.

Circuits and walks
Circuit LOWER
This is a circular route of 1700 metres which is accessed 8 viewpoints attractive: skip San Martin, Bossetti, Alvar Nunez, Two Sisters among others. In addition to accessing the full contact with nature.
For the same circuit also accesses the port where tourists can make a pass on a raft to reach the island St. Martin and realising a nautical adventure.
Circuit HIGHER
This route extends 650 meters by the top area of the jumps two brothers, Bosetti, Adam and Eve, and other Mbigua becoming a place of relaxation and pleasure with broad viewpoints and rest area.
Devil's Throat
This gateway 1130 metres long passing by on the river Iguazu sorteando several islands and allows visitors to reach the majestic waterfalls of the throat of the devil: a jump of 150 meters long and 80 meters high horseshoe shape in the form of a monumental show.
The TRENCITO
The park also has an ecological trencito that makes a circuit offering a tour through the jungle where there is a missionary lush vegetation and you can see some species of animals.
The train from the central station a few meters from the gateway to the park. Its second stop at the station waterfalls where you can access the upper and the lower circuit. Finally arriving at their destination, Devil's Throat station where one can access the gateway throat.
Other activities
Inside the park can also be done by boat rides, rafting, exhibition of works by Aboriginals, safaris among others.
